‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be exclusively resolved in the state and federal courts located in Sacramento, California.

‍Revchimp may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

‍10. Termination

‍Revchimp may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activities. Upon termination, your account and any associated content may be permanently deleted.

11. Appointment Reminder & Confirmation Texts:

Our program provides appointment reminder and confirmation texts to our users in the E-commerce & Local Business industry. Users can expect to receive SMS messages regarding their upcoming appointments.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to our support team at Support@revchimp.com or call our toll-free number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive appointment reminder and confirmation texts according to your selected message frequency. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
